It’s called “Peking” duck, but I know it’s not exactly like the traditional Peking duck 😅 It is more like a take between the Cantonese style roasted duck and traditional Beijing style here. Instead of thin skin and little meat, the slices are mainly meat. We also serve it with spring onion, cucumber, and sweet bean sauce in a steamed pancake-like wrapper. Definitely one of my comfort foods😌
